Rector of Udayana University Hands Over Civil Servant Appointment Decrees to 54 Lecturer and Educational Staff Positions

Denpasar – The Rector of Udayana University, Prof. I Ketut Sudarsana, accompanied by the Vice Rector for General Affairs and Finance, Prof. I Gusti Bagus Wiksuana, officially handed over the Appointment Decrees (SK) for Civil Servant Candidates (CPNS) to 54 individuals who passed the first wave of the 2024 CPNS selection. The handover ceremony took place on Monday, June 2, 2025, at the Prof. Ngoerah Room, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, Sudirman Campus, Denpasar.

The 54 CPNS recipients consist of lecturers and educational staff (Tendik) who will be assigned to various faculties and units within Udayana University. The majority of them are lecturers who will strengthen the quality of higher education, while the educational staff will support the smooth administration and campus services.

In his speech, the Rector congratulated the CPNS who successfully passed the selection process and officially joined the Udayana University family. He emphasized the importance of integrity, dedication, and professionalism in carrying out duties as state servants within the academic environment.

“With the official handover of the CPNS Appointment Decrees today, it is expected to be the beginning for all of you as state servants to implement the core values of ASN ‘Berakhlak,’ which stands for Service-Oriented, Accountable, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative, as mandated by Law Number 20 of 2023 concerning ASN,” said the Rector of Unud.

At the same occasion, the Head of the General Bureau, accompanied by the HR Coordinator and Finance Section, provided guidance on the importance of understanding the employment administration process as an initial step in carrying out duties and responsibilities as Civil Servants. They stressed that integrity, discipline, and compliance with administrative regulations are fundamental pillars to support good university governance.

The HR Coordinator further explained the technical procedures of personnel administration, including document completion and the use of personnel information systems, while the Finance Section provided training related to salary disbursement.
