Rector of Unhas Visits TCI Unud to Discuss Opportunities for Collaboration Development

Denpasar – The Rector of Hasanuddin University (Unhas) Makassar and his team paid a visit to the Tourism Confucius Institute (TCI) at Udayana University (Unud). The visit was warmly received by the Rector of Unud, Prof. I Ketut Sudarsana, along with the Directors of TCI Udayana University, at the TCI Unud Office, Agrokomplek Building, Sudirman Campus, Denpasar, on Friday (September 5, 2025).

The meeting discussed opportunities to expand the scope of collaboration between the two institutions, particularly in various programs involving the Confucius Institute (CI) of Hasanuddin University and the TCI of Udayana University.

On this occasion, the Rector of Unhas briefly introduced the CI at Unhas and expressed interest in learning from Unud about international student programs and potential collaborations such as joint programs.

The Rector of Unud welcomed the collaboration proposal from the Rector of Unhas and took the opportunity to explain the Mandarin-language programs being implemented, as well as the international student programs at Unud.

Through the discussions held, it is expected that a stronger synergy between the two institutions can be established in developing academic programs and other initiatives that benefit the academic community.
