Conducting Field Assessment, LAMEMBA Assessor Team Visits Undergraduate Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University

The Independent Accreditation Institution for Economics, Management, Business and Accounting (LAMEMBA) Assessor Team conducted a field assessment for accreditation of the Undergraduate Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University (Unud) which lasted for two days, namely April 28 and 29, 2025. The assessment was opened at the MM Building, Faculty of Economics and Business, Sudirman Campus, Denpasar, Thursday (04/28/2025).

The Rector, who was represented by the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, Prof. I Gede Rai Maya Temaja, in his remarks gave a brief overview of Udayana University, which is currently accredited as Excellent with an institutional status, namely the Public Service Agency (BLU) and is currently transforming into a PTN-BH. The Faculty of Economics and Business is one of the largest faculties at Udayana University with 12 study programs whose cultural quality is already on the track. 

The Vice Rector further stated that the Undergraduate Management Study Program is one of the study programs in the Faculty of Economics and Business that is greatly needed to prepare competent, professional, and entrepreneurial human resources who are expected to be able to compete in the fields of management, business, and industry.

"The Rectorate strongly supports and encourages this study program to achieve superior predicate so as to provide guarantees to stakeholders for the quality of competent graduates who are able to compete at national and international levels," said the Vice Rector.

The Head of the Assessor Team, Prof. Wiwiek Rabiatul Adawiyah, Ph.D from Jenderal Soedirman University, on this occasion asked for cooperation from the Dean and also the team from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University so that the field assessment process can run smoothly.

Meanwhile, the Assessor Member, Prof. Dr. Fitri Ismiyanti, S.E., M.Sc. from Airlangga University, on this occasion said that the assessors were not representatives of each Udayana University, but envoys from LAMEMBA who would clarify various documents that had been sent by the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University.

The opening of the assessment ended with the reading of a joint commitment statement by the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Prof. Agoes Ganesha Rahyuda, Ph.D, which was then continued with an interview agenda by the Assessor Team.
